Booking

Secure your date with a 50% retainer upfront via online credit card payment or Zelle. The remainder is due 30 days before the session.

Availability

Tuesday - Thursday between 8am - 5pm

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are reserved for weddings.

Gallery Delivery

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us edit your photos and create an amazing gallery for you.

Posing

We will guide you throughout the entire session. We also enjoy candid moments!

Location & Concept

This will also be discussed. We have a location list that we provide after booking. Some require permits and some are open to the public. We always enjoy fresh unique ideas from our clients. Feel free to share with us what you have in mind, such as a Pinterest board. Locations MUST BE CONFIRMED at least two weeks before the session.

Travel

Outside of Florida

If our travel schedule permits, we require round-trip flight, hotel coverage for one night and ground transportation of $75 for Kareem to travel to your photoshoot. This will be billed as an additional line item on the invoice. Our team will book Delta, Jetblue or American Airlines along with a local Marriott hotel.


Preparing for the Session

Feel free to bring anything that may hold significance to you. A small bag/tote to put any loose items in while you're being photographed. I.E- water, phone, keys, wallet, comb, etc. Bring a sweat rag, water, hair brush and a little hairspray with you to handle last minute fly-aways, and a few make up essentials for any needed touch-ups right before the session.

Most importantly, bring great ENERGY. We will be taking a lot of photos, let’s be excited and ready to have fun, it creates more authentic imagery.

Makeup

We highly recommend using a professional makeup artist, specifically the makeup artist you have booked for your wedding so you can use your engagement session as a trial run to see how your makeup photographs. We strongly recommend scheduling your makeup/hair at least 3-5 hours before the photoshoot.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make the photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session.

Editing

All delivered images will be enhanced via post-production. This includes: airbrushing, color correction, cropping and various touch-ups.

Prints

When your online gallery is delivered via email, you will be able to order prints from our online shop. These include canvases, framed prints, standout prints, and much more.


Efficiency

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. We always want to maximize the experience, and we cannot extend the time of the session if you are late. Of course, certain circumstances may be out of your control. In these cases, we are willing to accommodate if possible. Schedule your makeup/hair at least 4-6 hours before the photoshoot.

Weather

(Applies only to outdoor sessions)

In order to create the best images possible, we may reschedule your session due to heat, cold, wind, rain, etc.

Be prepared if there is more than a 40% chance for inclement weather, you will receive a call or email the night before to reschedule your session. The shoot is not officially postponed until you have heard from us, so hopefully we have great weather! If not, it’s ok. We’ll still make magic on a new date.
